Unfortunately, the person in question lives in a different part of the state. I've been able to find out bits and pieces about them through the social media they use, but even that is pretty limited. They've (apparently) had a Twitter for years, but they've only got eleven posts on it and they're all the same ad for the same event over and over. Also, almost all of the pictures they have posted of themselves was apparently taken with a fisheye lens, so their features are distorted.
