Before the last song he said something like "This is the last show of our tour, but I'm here to stay. Or do you know something I don't?" That was a bit of a laughing while crying moment for me.

I like the theory that Papa Zero is a herald for Papa IV. Like the Clergy went "we need to get rid of #III, but we've got no replacement yet." I'm having a hard time seeing someone staying in character like that frail, shaking old person for 1:30 hours straight, so there may be another coming up next year. Or I'm wrong and this one is what we'll get.
