confession: I really do not like this song

I love it. It's my favorite of Ed Sheeran's singles. I find it more sonically and emotionally complex than his other hits. I like its vastness, its momentum, and its melancholy.

I don't like it as a song, but I did like hearing it for the first time because I was like, "ah. That's what Ed Sheeran sounds like when he actually SINGS rather than that weird rapping-over-acoustic-guitar thing he's usually doing"

OP you reminded me about my mum requesting the "eating pizza" song. I absolutely necer heard of one. Then one day, "We are going to Ibiza" by Vengaboys comes on the radio. She still is convinced lyrics go "We are going to eat pizza. (...) Neapolitana (...) under pizza skies" . I like hers better.
