I like Sparks a lot. I will not claim to be a massive fan, and I haven't really kept up with their more current work, but I really like them. I actually saw them live twice.

Ah, nice to know I'm not alone. :) I can still see that they're kind of an acquired taste for most people, the reactions from friends I've played them to are usually either "wow this is weird and great" or "what the fuck is this turn it off." Have you heard anything from their collaboration with Franz Ferdinand (FFS)?

Definitely do. The album as a whole is a bit hit-and-miss but apparently they're both massive fans of eachother and it really shows (they played Glastonbury together and they just looked like they were having the time of their lives.)
