124. Yes, Pete and Mona! They were super awesome and I wish I kept in regular contact with my super awesome male friend (who was a lot like Pete when we were kids). God, I MISS THIS SHOW SO MUCH. I was thinking about it yesterday how wonderful if this show can come back and show them as adults.
129. D: I rather just have the loyal friends, please. But it does the same for me, I just wish I didn't have the feeling of being by myself for periods of time that comes once very few months.

148. I think I know you meant. You hate that the girls are made to be like the trophy for the guys to win, rarely be on the team, or be a plot point so the hero can save the damsel. In general be in-the-kitchen support, amirite? I agree in that regard. Although I do like some yuri pairings and het pairings of some of those girls in that list.

I have a hard time saying it's a typical shounen if only because the Devil Bats do lose games, the WHOLE cast is lovable (including the ever-adorable HAH Brothers), and actually made football interesting to me. I seriously think, maybe outside of Hunter x Hunter, this is the best SJ title in the mag currently (and yes, I've read plenty of sport manga before E21). I still read it with the same passion from Volume 1 and it SO made me wish I joined up a sport team in high school.

155. While I understand why Caska lost her mind, after all the man she worshiped like a god violated her in the most fucking awful way. It was the ultimate FUCK YOU. Remember, Guts has/had a hard time been touched by strangers because of his own rape, so it was completely unaffected. I would get why she would be messed up for a while, but this long? I can't wait she recover and UNLEASH THE FUCKING FURY on Griffith.
156. Babyfaces in the house! I personally look seven years younger than I'm actually am (that's what people usually take me). Also, floor by the 27-year old guy. He looks barely over 17!
157. Improving art is good, unless there was a bad upgrade. I wish people be more encouraging in changing styles.
160. Your friends don't know a fine men when they see one and Kenneth Branagh is a fine man. I love him the best in Much Ado About Nothing as Benedick. And I love the fuck out of this version of Othello. I think this was the first Shakespeare movie I saw Branagh in too since I saw it in high school. His Iago was awesome.
175. You are my twin. In the video game fandom, I'm totally a het fan except with Riku/Sora and Axel/Roxas in KH games and Jowy/Riou in Suikoden 2 and that's it. And the book fandom is that way too except Draco/Harry from Harry Potter. I was confused as hell at first though. LOL. And yes, Gambit/Rogue is the best in Marvel, one of the reason why I was pissed with the movies not including Gambit and my irritation with Iceman/Rogue.
