143. XD After doing even a little bit of research, it's... not hard to figure out what's going on. The only bit that's confusing is Asuka's last line, really, and that's because everyone involved (both voice actresses and the creator) have admitted that they have no idea wtf that line is actually supposed to mean, so it's literally the most open-ended thing ever. (Is she disgusted? Sympathetic? Both? Pregnant? All three? akjsfsakf) Still, it's... a really cool plot but it's not exactly impossible to understand, more people should get it than do. :/
Also, under the risk of sounding like a really, really pathetic fangirl: Sob Kaworu. ):

That said, I do love to put characters I love through TONS OF BAD SHIT up to and including rape and torture, but I don't want to rape them, and I don't get off to their pain. I just love the psychological reactions and the way their relationships with other people change. Is that so bad~?

175. I don't think it really matters what you ship? That is kind of an interesting split, though, to have anime/manga/game (presumably) ships be mostly yaoi and otherwise be mostly het. I wonder why?
Also, I have no idea what planet you're on that Legolas/Gimli isn't popular. I thought they were a HUGE ship in that fandom. o_o
not!secret #1: IAWTC OH MY GOD. I don't even mind seeing self-insert stuff, as long as the author/artist is just doing it for fun. It can be cute, and it's not hurting anything. But HOLY SHIT is that girl worrisome. I'm less annoyed at the way she makes other people think of Syaoran fans, though, and more for her own mental health. Because you're right, that's just UNSTABLE.
PSA: So, so, so, so, so, so, so, so much agreement. Fay can totally seme Kurogane whenever he feels like it and Kurogane LOVES IT. Even if he doesn't want to. Fuck "Seme/Uke" with a sharp pointy stick.

Fay's a manipulative bastard and could quite possibly pwn Kurogane in a fight, and Kurogane is seekritly a woobie. How can more fans not see these things?
