I don't know if it's "most". I think that being in positions of absolute power will bring the worst out of almost anyone, but that doesn't mean that they'll do exactly what Harvey Weinstein did. But the other point is that for any entrenched social structure or system, people who are abusers are going to try to find ways to take advantage of that system if they can.

I'm also not sure whether the impulse to be evil is especially gendered. It seems more likely to me that men in our society have been forced to be reflective much less than women generally have, and that men have enormously more opportunities to take advantage of power because it's a patriarchal society.
