Having a different experience isn't what smells like troll. Trying to claim that police corruption is solely a US issue is what reeks of troll. That, and this really weak attempt at being disingeuous.

Why would they say "only the US has bad cops" based only on the fact that their country has good cops? Maybe their country is the only one with good cops. In any case, there are countries besides the US that have bad cops, even if OP's country has good ones.
