No, I think anything is fine?

It's a bit different if you're asking who should get distribution (or a publishing deal). Then the people involved would have to evaluate if it does more harm than good. I think (don't be mean, I'm not a lawyer) that's what obscenity laws are for. Even then, it's still subjective. I don't think there's anything I would ban entirely.
