Normal, sure. But I'd argue that if you go along with something that's racist or fucked up in some other way simply because there are cultural factors that make it seem like it's okay, you're not really a decent person. If your moral compass is so feeble that you manage to convince yourself that corruption is acceptable as long as it's widespread and you're just going with the flow...ugh.

I think the vast majority of human beings are willing to go along with unjust-but-cultural-normative systems on some level or other. Where you draw the line varies, obviously. But most of us have some tolerance for it. So, I would say decent to the extent that most people can be called decent.

I mean, I probably use or wear products made in sweatshops, and you probably do too.
