OP implied they can't relate to having biological children as an aspect of their gay identity but you poked fun at the wording by pointing out everyone is biological. Posthumanism is concerned with A.I. and the possible future of non-biological humanity. And I was making fun of those "Gay culture is..." posts that have gotten increasingly weird on Twitter and tumblr.

A good joke doesn't take so long to explain, I'm sorry.
