Oh agreed with this!

My biggest irritation is with sites for large organizations that don't seem to be designed to let you apply for multiple jobs even if there are loads of vacancies. Like they only let you upload one cover letter to your "profile". Am I supposed to make it the dreaded generic cover letter instead of specifically going into why that particular job suits me? It's frustrating, because there are a few companies where there are several jobs I could do that I would love to work for, but I have no idea how they expect me to navigate the poor design.

I was just on a city's website to see what jobs they had open. For some unfathomable reason, they have EVERY job that exists in their government listed with a description. These are not open jobs, just ones that exist.
