Dumbo or The Fox and the Hound. I can't remember which I saw first. Bambi also made me cry, but I think it was re-released the next year. Old Yeller made me ugly cry (and I'm not really a dog person), but I feel like that was several years later.

Seconding The Fox And The Hound. It's been a loooooong time since I saw that movie and I'm not even sure if it would still get me now, but it sure did when I was eight.
