Going for a walk helps with both. Otherwise a dark quiet place with a heating pad helps as well.

Heat for cramps. Heating pads or a nice hot bath. For headache, it depends on the kind. I use heat for sinus or tension headaches and ice for migraines.

Also, for headaches, I keep my earplugs in all day and stay in my room in the quiet and without turning the light on as much as I possibly can.

I massage the bottoms of my feet. There are a lot of pressure points there, so it kind of relaxes everything. Idk if that's just in my head though, I started doing that 10 years ago

Sex? Well, jury's out on the headaches... then again, it depends on the headache. Maybe sucking on ice or eating a cold treat might relieve it some.

The cramps might be relieved a bit by a light massage to your abdomen.

Low level headaches--drink lots of water. Sometimes if the pain is in my temples or forehead and not everywhere, rubbing a couple drops of peppermint essential oil where it hurts will numb the pain a bit (just don't get it in your eyes, although I've cleared out sinus congestion by doing that before.) Lie down in a quiet dark room and nap if you can. For cramps, hot baths or a hot water bottle. Good luck.

For headaches I take a flannel (you might call it a washcloth), rinse it in cold water and place it over my forehead and eyes.

Heating pads, lying down, tea, stuff like that.

Heating paths and chamomile tea.

For headaches I use ibuprofen that has Methocarbamol in it, but that's because I get neck spasms that cause headaches. Anyway, I've found that it really helps with the pain.
