Just about anything Janelle Monae. But Many Moons which was the video introduction to a story that's spanned four albums already.

My favorite animated: Birdy Nam Nam, "The Parachute Ending."

Allison Goldfrapp is doing art and concept direction for videos for her latest album. (The mirror men appeared in Monae's "Tighrope," but likely started with Sun Ra.)

Bowie's "Blackstar" is just plain cool. (What makes the song through the three movements are Guiliana's drum riffs.)

Oh, and Sia's "The Greatest" says exactly what needed to be said.
