Isn't it crazy they can't follow the rules? Especially the one about not getting them wet. I have literally hundreds of things in my lives that I've been able to keep dry.

Looks like a lot of people love the bar scene! The personalities of the gremlins are just great. Also, good thing the original script was not used. It was a lot darker with the dog and mom dying.

I friggin' love the effects. The best fact I saw was that the mogwai balls that grew were actually balloons that they inflated.

I fucking manage to not get my cats wet, it's miraculous I tell you.

Yeah they're all nasty little buggers and it's so much fun. Ooohhh nooooooo, noooooooooooo, I am so glad they didn't stick with that. I'd have been so sad if they killed the both of them off.

Hahahaha, oh man I love that. And it's a neat way of doing it. But yeah the pratical effects for this movie are just all-around decent, good puppetry, good stop-motion work and all that. And even the Gremlin dying to water at the end is both cool and pretty disgusting.

Even worse, the original didn't have Gizmo in it long! Gizmo was originally supposed to turn into a gremlin as well. But Spielberg suggested that they should keep him because people would love him.

Well he made the right fucking call. I can't imagine the movie without him being the little fuzzy hero.

So glad some of the original ideas never made it tbh. xD
