I didn't have a chance to rewatch but I think Mrs. Deagle is probably universally hated. I always liked the old dude talking about (potentially) metaphorical gremlins during the war.

Actually, now I kind of want fic of that guy dealing with gremlins at war.

The only other gremlins centered thing I can recall is the episode of The Twilight Zone with William Shatner.

My father sometimes talked about gremlins (he built warplanes, he didn't fly them.) Apparently they used to run out on the wings and upset the balance of the plane.
