Yes and it is weird. Mostly the college age or high school age group that have no experience in the real world. And to be fair, I haven't encountered it a lot but still. Fucking weird.

How many times did you encounter it? And was it just pronouns, or was it more than pronouns?

More than just pronouns. Pronouns I get. Not always (why are you telling me you perfer female pronouns when you are a ciswoman and you present very clearly as a cis woman?), but it's the whole list. I've encountered it enough times with new employees for it to be something I ponder in a "I don't understand the youths of today/get offa my lawn" kind of way.
