I'm wondering that too, only about "Queenie." I have a strong feeling this person has never really met anyone named that.

It's been used though. There was a Queenie in "Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them," possibly because it was more popular around that time period.

I know a Queenie! She's in her 80s.

I also knew a Queenie when I was in college. She was Chinese-American.
