(Anonymous) 2017-10-19 01:44 am (UTC)(link)IME, when people have to go out of their way to tell me a show has great female characters without telling me anything else about the plot or female characters, the show's portrayal of women is usually... lacking. I don't want to hear about how "great" or "awesome" the female characters are. I want to hear about why they're great.
