Same. The entrance to my apartment is very dark and not visible from the street and I live alone. If the light's not on, I can't see to unlock the door. I also wouldn't be able to see if someone was waiting for me on the porch to mug me. If that bothers my neighbors, well...

1) How the hell is it any skin off their nose if I choose to turn my outdoor light on?

2) Too damn bad.
