eeehhh if you mean the people who identify as gay men who aren't dysphoric and aren't planning or wanting to transition i can see that. 'cis slash fangirl who wants to be a sexy gay boy to have sexy gay adventures' is a stereotype i know of.

if you are including slash fans who are serious enough to want to transition female to male or who have already done so, 'gay trans men are all slash fanboys' is not a stereotype i've heard of.
