Septum piercings and ear gauges. I support people's right to do what they want with their own bodies, but I have to hide my distaste over how gross they look.

Ear gauges really freak me out. I keep picture disastrous things happening with the remaining earlobe.

Those I can deal with. The tongue splitting/forking is what freaks me out.
