Re: AO3 turning off invitations completely.

AO3 is objectively more fandom-friendly than LJ as a built-in purpose, but it's less fine-tuned than tumblr in terms of actually perfecting the site for the way people like to use it, and in case you're not that familiar with tumblr, that's not good.
