It is only for rent in the US (not "free" streaming). Is it different in the UK?

Also, I'll be posting a poll tonight about whether to change the rules in regards to what movies are eligible for nominations.

Ah, then I have no idea if it's streaming. I only have UK netflix, and it's not on that one.
