Damn. Like, right in the dough?

I'd heard of a pizza place with a similar incident, but apparently it was steel wool parts from where they cleaned their dough machines and was easily missed if the worker wasn't inspecting closely. I can't imagine missing a big ass tooth, even half of one.

Yeah, it was around the dough and the rest of the pizza (it was meat and sauce with Alfredo sauce). I hope it what you said, though. I still have the box with that thing inside because I wanted to inspect it closely. It looked like a really huge canine tooth broken in half and the inside was kinda brownish. UGH UGH UGH.
