No, not a pedo. He was put on trial for manslaughter, in a case which ignited a tabloid frenzy that was heavy on innuendo and light on facts. Two mistrials, and acquitted on the third trial and given an apology. Nevertheless, his career was derailed and his reputation didn't really recover.
