Took an algebra class my first year of college. The professor made us do the homework on this online software. So you had to type in the answer. It it was even slightly wrong (like wrong order or some shit), you would get it wrong. After getting three wrong, you'd have to start over with a new set of questions.

I'd be in tears some nights trying to finish my homework. That was my lowest grade for my whole college career.
