I started to say, "In other words, grad school." But now I'm actually worried for you, OP.

Is it the onset of schizophrenia or just grad school? Not enough information.

It may be time to give up on that program. But talk to your adviser first at the very least. Possibly also a trusted clergyman or mental health professional, something like that.
