My mom is at the ER with my dad and her sister. On Wednesday mom had to have a molar extracted due to the incredible pain it was causing her. She’s on bloodthinners to prevent strokes, so naturally this complicated matters a bit. She’s been bleeding almost constantly ever since. This evening, she started to get extremely nauseated from all the blood she’s been inadvertently swallowing, and when she got up to go to the bathroom she barely made it two steps before collapsing. Dad was able to get her to the bathroom where she vomited up all the blood in her stomach. It looks like a fucking crime scene in there. Luckily, my aunt is a nurse and was able to come and help her clean herself up a bit and help dad get mom to the car so they could go to the ER. I’ve been trying to convince mom to go to the hospital all day, but she kept saying no because we don’t have the money. Thankfully my aunt was able to convince her…

Anyway, I just heard from dad that she was checked in right away. Still waiting to hear more. I wish so bad that I could be there with her.
