Secret 14 - Least I Could Do (webcomic)

[Picture is a strip from the webcomic "Least I Could Do", by Ryan Sohmer and Lar deSouza. This particular strip is titled "It's all about timing" and was dated [unreadable].01.07. Two men, one brown-haired and the other darker-brown-haired are hanging around in a restaurant? There are various couples and Dark Haired Man is greeting a small girl. Brown Haired Man says, "Rather nice of you to bring everyone out for dinner." Dark Haired Man replies, "I do love my family." Brown haired man then says, "I know, you're just not usually this expressive." Black Haired Man then abruptly kisses Brown Haired Man in the cheek, surprising him. There is the sound effect "swek"? to indicate the kiss. Brown Haired Man looks to the side and blinks a couple of times, before asking, "What the hell was that?" Dark Haired Man answers, "I had a mild heart attack yesterday, and an epiphany of sorts." Brown Haired Man asks, "Was it that you're gay now?" End of strip.]

I just saw this and went YESSS! out loud. Noel/Rayne One True Pairing. (...If only they were like that ALL the time.)
