Note for people unfamiliar with the process: Early not-guilty pleas are routine at this stage of the legal process.

Long-game: Betcha $5 the lot of them will be pardoned, they'll get private employment in a think tank funded by Republican donors, and their careers as political wonks will be reborn under a future Republican administration.

Pardoning means accepting guilt though. Then with immunity, they'd be forced to testify.

PARDONS FOR ALL, while a possibility, would - IMO - be grounds for impeachment in and of itself. I mean, almost classically so. I think it would also have a real and substantial political cost in terms of public opinion and in terms of relations with congress. So it's certainly one possible route this could take, but it would hardly be an end to the story.

Oh, I don't think we'll see pardons before this whole thing has run its course. It would be rather like Bush pardoning Iran-Contra and Ford pardoning Nixon and multiple others.

I don't think that Trump will get much more than a slap on the wrist, and I really don't think he'll be impeached either. His historic mode of operation is to take what he can when it's given to him, and then float away on a golden parachute of corruption and graft when the going gets tough.

The info I need is the date and time I can expect Trump to be impeached. All these other asshats who aren't even involved with him anymore, I don't care, and nobody cares.

Not earlier than January 21st, 2019.

All these other asshats who aren't even involved with him anymore, I don't care, and nobody cares.

It is evidence of fundamental misconduct in the Trump presidential campaign. I don't think that's irrelevant.

It's a super-common Greek name. It's like being named Mike Smith.
