Hi. What part of 26+14 is creepy don't do that, did you miss? But people keep throwing the word 'child' around on all of this and I think that it's a) intentionally inflammatory, and b) insulting to teenagers to act like they don't know what sex is.

NO ONE SHOULD DO ANYTHING TO ANYONE OF ANY AGE WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT (and honestly, people should practice the 'half your age+7' rule if you're at an age where a gap is going to be looked upon as weird). This is a no brainer. But acting like a 14 year old would never want sex or has no clue what sex is is ridiculous.

Because just describing it as "creepy" and "weird" understates the degree of its wrongness. It's not just, like, a little iffy.

But acting like a 14 year old would never want sex or has no clue what sex is is ridiculous.

The question is not whether a 14 year old would want to have sex. The question is whether a 14 year old is ever capable of consenting to having sex with an adult, and the answer is no.
