LOL. Even if that were a universal thing, it's not really kissing. It's pushing your mouth against someone else's to simulate a kiss, often without improvisation.

Definitely not true. These actors are filming in front of a crew in probably uncomfortable costumes. They have to repeat the scene countless times, stop and start again constantly. Force yourself to look as sexy as possible by being really really hyper conscious of your body, facial expression, etc.

I like kissing, but this is acting.

... sure, if you're kissing someone you chose to kiss, and able to do it the way you both like and on your own time. Kissing a co-worker while under the scrutiny of a dozen or more people while a director shouts directions at you and having to keep the choreography and camera angles in mind while you're doing it is probably less enjoyable.
