I didn't interpret the secret as "rampant secret"; I saw it as all shipping. I used rampant shipping as my reasoning why shipping pisses me off sometimes. And I must say, rampant shipping happens in the majority of the shipper community. And the definition you gave for regular shipping is, to me, quite similar to the definition you gave for rampant shipping. Rampant shipping is putting people together for the hell of it, because of a hyperactive imagination.

Regular shipping to me is noticing actual, real chemistry between two characters (remember, kids: being in the same scene and exchanging a simple smile does not count, nor, really, does a hug between best friends; that sticks you on the rampant side). For example, I shipped Jack Hodgins and Angela Montenegro from Bones before they even became canon, because they had chemistry.

And, ah... saying animal porn is "not for everyone" is almost offensive to me; it's actually sick and disgusting to anyone with half a fucking brain, not to mention cruel to animals. D: BUT HEY, I'm a vet student. What do I know. :')
