I love chocolate but NOT with mint. Chocolate and mint together is like eating dessert and brushing your teeth at the same time. (I don't mind mint on its own.)

Oh, agreed on kale! I don't consider myself a picky eater with vegetables (I thought, prior to kale, I'll eat any veggie just fine) and I eat a lot of salads. I guess where I grew up, kale was slow to catch on, but now I'm on the east coast and it's everywhere. But I didn't realize that I didn't like kale for awhile since I just assumed I did like it. I ate a few sour salads pretty confused, and finally, one dish that was basically all kale made me gag and I realized I just really hated kale. I don't get the appeal of it. Maybe you had to grow up with it...
