Well I'd reckon most people in general, men and women alike, have participated in harassment at some point in their lives.

So then you would basically agree with OP in that specific part of their statement. Maybe not with the burn-it-all-down ethos, but with that specific aspect.

Sure, if the statement is that at some point in their life, the majority of men and women have harassed others. Probably a good deal of people have at one point made a comment or even small action that could be considered sexual harassment. (catcalling, sexual comments or jokes in inappropriate situations, etc.)

But that's a long way from the implication that most people are secretly sexual predators, which OP implies.
