Yyyeepppppp.

The series is great and the movie was just abominable. I mean, it's like they really weren't even trying.

I think it would probably do better as a TV series than as a movie, though. A lot of the enjoyment of the series comes from the building and the development, especially of Will's character. It'd be really cool to see that happen over time. And it shouldn't even be that hard to make - you'd think the BBC or whoever else could just knock it out as a relatively low-budget thing.
