Why is it bullshit?

Women are nurturers and caregivers. That's not necessarily a good fit for every single woman, but it's not wrong.

It's not an excuse to demean "women's work" or force women to take on rolls that don't work for them...it's not an excuse to say people MUST be a certain way or else they're unnatural...and it's not that men can't be, or shouldn't be...but women are nurturers and caregivers.

I'm a little confused. You say it's not a good fit for every woman, but then you bold that "women are nurturers and caregivers". Are you saying that it's an innate trait for women to be this way no matter what their temperment may be?
