Chris Pratt, at present, doesn't look a lot a more muscled or bulky than Sam Heughan, maybe a little, but not much. And they're about the same height, Heughan being 1/2 inch taller. I will agree, he doesn't seem that imposing.

I don't know what Pratt looks like at present, but it could be that OP is thinking of him like this:

... in which case yeah, he's definitely bulkier than Sam Heughan, most noticeably in the upper body area. Though Sam Heughan is very, very pretty!

That pic of Heughan definitely looks like he's bulkier than the pic OP used and the angle makes it difficult but it doesn't look like he's got the chest/shoulder width of either Chris Pratt OR the character he's supposed to be playing, though. Jamie Fraser is supposed to be a pretty large guy - not just tall, mind you, but with a large frame, big hands, etc. I always envisioned him as more a Chris Hemsworth (to namedrop another Chris, haha) body type when he's bulked up for Thor.
