Re: What single peice of media made you fall in love with a whole genre?

Star Wars made me fall in love with both Scifi and fantasy. The LOTR movies and then rereading the books and then finally reading the Silmarillion made fantasy my favorite genre.

Halloween sold me on classic horror movies. Event Horizon sold me on horror in general.
