I made the classic mistake of putting in a whole bulb of garlic because I didn't know what a clove was. My roommate was like "Hey, give it here, you can never have too much garlic!"...and regretted it.

Aside from that, it's embarrassing how often my milk has boiled over when I'm making rice pudding.

You can actually do this with elephant garlic. It's that mild (and delicious)!
