I keep seeing things that are labeled as "satisfying" on YouTube, but I just don't understand what it means.

Is my non-standard brain just missing something (again)?

Hearing my dad on the phone to tech support asking them the stupid questions he usually asks me and being told he needs to upgrade to platinum service for tech support for his problem.
