(Anonymous) 2017-11-25 06:01 am (UTC)(link)For me it wasn't that he killed her off exactly. It was that he made her carry the idiot ball so she could be killed off. If she had been smart but Hannibal had simply been smarter, I could have lived with it. But it was just done terribly imo. I watched through the end of that season, when the second season finale made me decide to stop watching, but that was the turning point, where I started not to like the show as much.
I didn't really see the Fandom overall be terrible. Even if I was no a fan of all of the woobie-ing of Hannibal in some of the Hannibal/Will discussion and fiction. Then again, I did give up on the show and Fandom early-ish, so I could have missed things.
