The most expensive restaurant I went to in DC was probably my least favorite one. The entrees was pretty meh. Though, the chocolate souffle was delicious.

One of the best places I've ever eaten at was this place I found outside of the town I lived. I had never even heard of it but needed a bottle of water (it is also a convenience store). They have phenomenal fried chicken and potato wedges.
