Headphones. I have to replace headphones stupidly often. Eventually one of the buds always loses sound. :(

Me too. And I'm scared to spend big money on headphones because they rarely last more than a few months.

My over the ear ones last forever, but the ear bud ones last until the third time they are jerked out of ears after being caught on something.

What brand of over the ear ones do you use? It's usually those ones that die on me.

Hot damn. I have this pair of Audio-Technica that I bought on Amazon THREE YEARS AGO. http://a.co/jcwHXNy

They still work perfectly.

They look so comfy... *___*

Thank you! I walk to/from walk so I use mine every day, and without fail, 3-5 months in the sound goes on one side.

The ones I got were $40. So the new generation in a similar price range should be pretty damn good.

This was my answer immediately when I saw this question, lol

I don't own big headphones, but the small ones and earbuds I buy to take to the gym always go missing before they break, so I have had to buy multiple pairs of them. Now that I think about it, though I've actually had my current pair for nearly a year now, so doing good!

My cat is a little brat who likes to attack my earbud cords while I'm wearing them.

I sympathise on headphones, though I think part of it is I always get cheap ones.

I actually have to replace my tablet earphones and to get good Samsung brand ones it's gonna be $30. That may sound low, but I am already living on a short budget to save for my trip next year, plus I currently have Xmas buying to consider, and a good pair of shoes to get for next year too, so it has to be carefully balanced.

Not to mention the main reason my tablet headphones have gotten so worn is that I was using them on my desktop and they are just long enough to catch on the cupboard handle under the tower, so the cord got a number of splits in the rubber sheath. At least the cheap AF Kmart headphones work good.
