I mean, there is definitely a visible difference. In the first one she has abs and a very flat pelvic area. But having a baby fucks up your body, so it would kind of be inhuman of her to look exactly the same afterwards.

I find tummy tucks disturbing, but that's mostly because my best friend recently had one to get rid of her own excess belly skin from pregnancy (imo she had an amazing figure and didn't need it). I saw the scar afterwards and holy fuck I actually went weak at the knees. They cut her from hip to hip. It was horrifying. She could barely move for weeks :( But it does make your belly button go weird because the skin has basically been pulled down, so it kind of elongates.
