ALL I WANT is closure for Bucky, and Marvel seems allergic to actually doing anything resembling a real character arc with him :|

Me too but more likely he'll just angst and shoot things in the background for a few minutes.

He's gonna get like 30 secs of punching/shooting things and that's it(by all means surprise me movie, but I bet you won't).

Oh, it's clear to me that this film is going to be very sparse on plot. But I'm just annoyed that they're bringing back Bucky for this, but don't seem to care about giving the character any treatment... I kind of hoped he'd get some part in Black Panther, but it doesn't look like it.
Cap3 should have been the one where that happened, but we all saw how that went down.
