I very strongly and emphatically disagree with your opinions on the book in question. And I'm sorry you didn't like it but there's really no reason to be a huge fucking asshole about it.

Right? I have no opinion about this book one way or the other but people have been known to loathe specific literary works and that's perfectly okay.

If this weren't FS, I would agree with you. But it's FS; if their opinion weren't super harsh, this wouldn't even be a secret.

Also, they aren't insulting people who do like the book. I mean, they hate the book so much I wouldn't be surprised if they privately think people who like it are all posers with no minds of their own or something. But the fact remains, they're not actually saying anything like that, so it's fine.

I have no opinions one way or the other about fans of TTL, lol. Different strokes yo. I hate the book, not its fans. The teacher of that class LOVED TTL and I didn't think less of her for it.
