Either these soft, fat chocolate chip cookies I make OR caramel brownies. Also, cinnamon rolls but I only make those for my family because they take so long.

My Grandma's Rum Cake. It's super moist. I always get compliments on it.

Brownies (plain, cheesecake, mocha, or raspberry), cinnamon rolls, olive and thyme sourdough bread. Now that it’s finally cooled off maybe I’ll buy some sourdough starter; I always end up killing mine from neglect over the summer.

It used to be curried rice but I don't make the much anymore. Tabouli maybe.

I'm not a baker, but I have a few things that I cook that go over very well. By far the most popular is brisket though. It's not even complex, so that's nice.

I made a Pecan Caramel Tart and Mississippi Mud Brownies for Thanksgiving.

I've made Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Filled Oreo Cheesecakes that were pretty impressive.

Generally, whatever new recipe that I've found, made, and really liked or whatever favorite recipe I'm in the mood for.

Digging into my past of church lunches, probably a nice big dish of lasagna. Probably vegetarian lasagna at that, because it's easier to do. Just pile in veggies to the sauce and at least all that pasta and cheese has some healthy stuff in amongst it.

It's not really hard to impress most of my friends with some "baked from scratch" cake because most of them only use cake mix (with varying degrees of success) when they bake something. But two of the most impressive cakes I make are one that's a pistachio/red berries cake with a pistachio sponge, pistachio cream and a red berries center. The other is a white chocolate-cardamom-lime curd pie.

I do a lot of cakes and other baked desserts and ethnic main dishes, especially Asian, Italian and Mexican. A really good friend of mine is coming over today for his birthday and I made cherry pink lemonade chiffon cake and I'm gonna make chicken enchiladas, carne asada, and guacamole!
